The JACOB Companies staff has managed multiple, multi-year programs and various types of projects for individual clients. When we are entrusted with a large group of construction projects that each have changing priorities, we provide extensive preconstruction planning and offer flexibility for changes in client requirements. Most importantly, we carefully communicate all essential information. We ensure that the appropriate information is transferred as needed, and in a timely manner.
